Can I request a refund?

A refund will be processed under the following condition: If your yearly subscription has been renewed (the subscription has been active for more than 1 year) and you request a refund within 3 days after the renewal payment has been made.

Single Chart Unlocks do not qualify for refunds. If you made an error entering the birth data of a chart you have unlocked, please contact us to remedy this.
