My chart tags are missing (Before you contact us: Tags can be found in your library on the left under Chart Attributes (desktop) or by clicking on the Filters button (mobile))
My notes are missing (Before you contact us: Notes can be found by clicking on the Owl icon in the main menu (desktop) or by clicking the 3 horizontal lines icon on mobile to open the menu, then selecting the Learn option—here you will find a tab labelled Notes.)
