The new Advanced Analysis contains entirely new content about advanced properties that the pre-update myBodyGraph did not offer, which is why pre-update Advanced - Step 3 is different from the new Advanced Analysis.
In the pre-update site, Advanced - Step 3 included content about:

Incarnation Cross
Angle
Quarter
All of this content has been added to Foundational Analysis. As a result:
Any chart with both Step 2 - Foundation and Step 3 - Advanced unlocked in the pre-update site, will have the complete Foundational Analysis (Single Chart Unlock) unlocked.
Any chart with just one of Step 2 - Foundation or Step 3 - Advanced unlocked in the pre-update site, will be upgraded to the complete Foundational Analysis (Single Chart Unlock).
The new Advanced Analysis includes content about Variables and The Four Transformations, based on the teachings of PHS and Rave Psychology. This is truly advanced material, hence the name of the analysis.
